Region 5 Representative recalled

On April 21, 2014, 3 paid members of Region 5 petitioned NAMHSA's Board of Directors to remove Lyn Norbury as their Regional Representative. After declining to resign voluntarily, the Board voted on April 24th to proceed with the Recall Election.

Ballots were sent to all paid members of Region 5 beginning on May 1st. The election closed on May 10th with 93% turnout.

Region 5 has voted to recall Lyn Norbury as the Region 5 Representative.

A special election will be held to vote in a new representative in the immediate future.
