Meeting was opened by President Silke Brockmoeller at 12:34 pm

I. Silke read a list of 10-11 Board members. She specifically pointed out those who were present at NAN 2011, including Tom Dean (R2 Representative), Teresa Buzzell (R3 Representative), and herself (VP).

II. Silke read a list of outgoing/incoming Board representatives:
R3 - New: Pauline Entin (present)
R5 - New: Lyn Norbury (present)
R7 - New: Stacy Faraci (not present)
R11 - New: Terri Wright (not present)
VP - New: Teresa Buzzell (present)

III. Silke thanked other volunteers and Board members including:
Lindsey Hall, Danielle Miller, Lynn Weber, Eleanor Harvey, Gail and Jill Schuenemann, Carmen Robertson

IV. Silke thanked the NAN Committee including:
NAN Chair Teresa Candelaria, NAN Registrar Jim West, NAN Raffle Chair Teresa Buzzell, all the judges and all the NAN volunteers

V. Silke noted updates to the NAMHSA Website including and updated financial page.
She also invited suggestions for the website, she encouraged people to email Lynn Weber.
VI. Silke read a Merit Award report. She noted that all the winners were listed in the NAN program and included 62 ROM's, 2 LOM's, 2 VA's. 5 SEH's, and 5 SHH's

VII. Member Show of the Year presentation. The two runners up and winner were announced:
2nd runner up: Models in the Sunshine hosted by Jackie Moore
1st runner up: Show for the Cure hosted by Jenna Nejman
MSOTY: Arizona Live hosted by Teresa Candelaria - who was of course present to receive her plaque

VIII. NAN 2012 - Kentucky! Dates must be announced by Breyer for Breyerfest 2012 before the NAN dates can be confirmed.
