NAMHSA - 2010 Presidential Election Results
New NAMHSA President for 2010-11
The NAMHSA membership overwhelmingly voted to accept Liesl Dalpe's resignation from the NAMHSA Presidency, and to accept the nomination of Jackie Arns-Rossi to take over the Presidency for 2010-11. Of 437 votes possible, 169 ballots were returned. 168 of the 169 votes were to accept Liesl's resignation; there was one abstention. 161 of the 169 votes were to approve the nomination of Jackie as President, there were 8 votes to disapprove. Jackie Arns-Rossi will take over the Presidency immediately. Her one year term will end at NAN 2011 (June 17-19, 2011). Jackie has extensive prior experience with NAMHSA, having served as Regional Representative, Vice President, President, and NAN Co-Chair.
