NAMHSA News for the period of December 16-31, 2009 based on the minutes compiled by Bobbi Devine, Recording Secretary.

DECEMBER 16

-Bobbi Devine (Recording Secretary) submitted the December 1-15 minutes report. These were approved 12/16.

DECEMBER 22

-Gail Schuenemann (Show Member Secretary) posted the latest newly approved show listing. View the current NAMHSA Member Shows.

DECEMBER 27

-Lindsey Hall (President) reported that the previously appointed NAN Registrar would be unable to fulfill the expected duties. Lindsey asked Pauline Entin (Public Relations) to post solicitations for the Registrar position.

-Lindsey Hall posted the details of the $300 budget requested by Lauren Wood, NAN 2010 Auction Coordinator, and invited comments.

-Lindsey Hall posted that she has been unable to obtain results for two Region 4 shows (Region 4 Championship Show from October '09 and Hitchin' Post Live show from September '09). Both Carra McClelland (Region 4 Rep) and Lindsey had made repeated attempts to contact the showholders. Future shows held by these showholders cannot be approved until the results situation is resolved.

DECEMBER 31

-Lynn Weber (Website Manager) posted that the NAN 2009 Auction site has been taken down and inquired if anyone had the files in order to put the information on the NAMHSA website. Teresa Buzzell (Region 3 Rep) also commented that in the future, the NAN Auction page should be hosted on NAMHSA's domain, in order to avoid deletion in the future.
