SEPTEMBER 16
--Bobbi Devine (Recording Secretary) posted the minutes report for September 1-15, 2010. These were approved September 17.

SEPTEMBER 17
--Silke Brockmoeller (Vice President) requested a poll be set up for the purpose of voting on Jackie Arns-Rossi's nomination to fulfill Liesl Dalpe's Presidential term. Poll was begun September 18.

SEPTEMBER 28
--Gail Schuenemann (Show Member Secretary) asked for input regarding a show membership fee that was returned for insufficient funds. In addition, Gail mentioned that payment for a show application had been received after the 60 day deadline. Discussion ensued regarding NAMHSA's policy on returned checks and on the timeliness of show member applications.

--Pauline Entin posted that NAMHSA's previous policy on bounced checks was that the amount plus a $25 bounced check fee must be paid in full within 10 days via money order or paypal.

SEPTEMBER 30
--The returned check was paid by the check writer.

--The poll to accept or decline Jackie Arns-Rossi's nomination to fulfill the rest of Liesl Dalpe's presidential term (through June 2011) closed.
