--Teresa Candelaria (Public Relations) forwarded a request from a Breyer volunteer regarding the availability of NAMHSA flyers to distribute at the Hobby Information Booth.

*JULY 4*
--A motion was made by Tom Dean (R2) to accept the June 21-23, 2013 at the chosen venue for NAN 2013. Lyn Norbury (R5) seconded the motion. Motion carried.

*JULY 5*
--Silke Brockmoeller (President) requested Bobbi Devine (Recording Secretary) to set up a poll for the purpose of voting to approve June 21-23, 2013 as the dates for NAN 2013. Poll was begun.

--Bobbi Devine (Recording Secretary) reminded the Board that the annual meeting needs to be scheduled.

--Stacy Faraci (R7/NAN Co-Chair) announced that live video streaming will be available via UStream for NAN 2012.

Region 1 (Tracy Eilers)

Region 2 (Tom Dean)

June 30th saw 2 shows: the Dog N Pony Show hosted by Victoria Zanutto, and On The Dark Side hosted by Annette Dean. The shows were held concurrently at the Lions Club in San Martin, and were held as fundraisers for the Region 2 Champ Show.

Both shows featured some fierce competition, and championships were well deserved. We all enjoyed a chicken and watermelon lunch before wrapping up the final classes and a mid-afternoon finish.

Hope to see those few who are able to make the long trek to KY for NAN and BF.

Region 3 (Pauline Entin)

It's mid-summer in Region 3, which means - no shows! There were in fact no member shows in the Region in June and July. However, two shows are planned for Colorado in August, two editions of Red Devil Live (hosted by Teresa Fedak) two weeks apart - August 4 and 18. There are also two shows planned for September in Colorado. As yet, no other member shows have been approved for Region 3 for the rest of 2012, but I think the Tucson Outlaws are revving up to host Tucson Mountain Live once again this fall. I know a few Region 3'ers will be making the long trip to KY for NAN and/or BF - good luck and have fun!

Region 6 (Jackie Moore)

Hello All!

There were no shows in Region 6 in June. I hope that everyone making the trek to Kentucky for NAN/ Breakables/ Breyerfest/ Equilocity/ etc has a safe journey and a great time! And many thanks to everyone volunteering at both NAN and Breyerfest.

Next up on the Region 6 calendar is Florida Cracker Live on Aug 18 in Parrish, FL.

Region 7 (Stacy Faraci)
June found many of us in Knoxville, Tennessee for the tenth annual Big Orange Bash! Hosted by Carol Tuft with support from Jennifer and Arnold Pomerance. BOB is a Region 7 staple that we all look forward to each year! With fierce competition each champion truly earned his award!

NAN, Equliocity and Breyerfest are right around the corner and I know that many of you will be there in full force, whether attending, volunteering, judging at one of the many events it's clear that Region 7 is supporting these events in a big way! Thank you to all of you, Region 7 and beyond for making NAN, Equilocity and Breyerfest possible for everyone!

Region 8 (Marilou Mol)

Hi, all!

Region 8 was pretty quiet in June, with no shows held in the region. June is traditionally pretty quiet, and with the extremely hot weather we had for quite a bit of the month, it was probably just as well!

The fall show season will be heating up shortly after NAN, with Midwest Model Mania and a GLC No Frills show in August, Meows & Minis and a No Frills Show in September, and the IA-IL Live show and the Stone Mini Show in October.

June was a quiet month in Region 11, with no shows to report. However, we are getting prepared for Lethbridge Live, in Lethbridge Alberta, on August 4th and 5th, and Chinook winds in Calgary Alberta, August 11th! Good luck!
