--Bobbi Devine (Recording Secretary) posted the June 1-15, 2012 minutes report.

--Lyn Norbury (R5) inquired why the monthly financial reports do not include all activity for the month. Carmen Robertson (Treasurer) explained that only money that has already been transferred to the checking account is considered as income for the month.

--Silke Brockmoeller (President) urged the Board to review the NAN 2012 class lists and the catering quote ASAP.

--A motion was made by Silke Brockmoeller (President) to approve the final NAN 2012 classlist. This was seconded by Carra McClelland (R4/NAN Co-chair). Motion carried.

--Silke Brockmoeller (President) requested Bobbi Devine (Recording Secretary) to set up a poll for the purpose of voting on the final NAN 2012 classlist. Poll was begun.

--Silke Brockmoeller (President) inquired of Eleanor Harvey (Parliamentarian) if she had any news from Breyer regarding Breyerfest 2013.

--Silke Brockmoeller (President) requested Teresa Buzzell (Vice President) to present the applicant for the Recording Secretary position.

--Teresa Buzzell (Vice President) posted the application of Jackie Arns-Rossi for the Recording Secretary position.

--Eleanor Harvey (Parliamentarian) posted that she received word from Breyer about Breyerfest 2013. She requested that the representative from the nominated region contact the venue to confirm the available dates.

--a motion was made by Tom Dean (R2) to accept Silke Brockmoeller's (President) nomination of Jackie Arns-Rossi to the Recording Secretary position. Carra McClelland (R4) seconded the motion. Motion carried.

*JUNE 29*
--Silke Brockmoeller (President) requested Bobbi Devine (RS) to set up a poll for the purpose of voting to approve Jackie Arns-Rossi as the new Recording Secretary for NAN 2012 through NAN 2015. Poll was begun.

--Beth Lamm (Merit Award Coordinator) informed the Board that she is continuing to work on contacting individuals who may have been affected by the voiding of NAN cards from Great Outdoors Live due to the show holder's non-compliance with NAMHSA rules. She provided a list of people she has been unsuccessful in contacting and asked for assistance.
