NAMHSA News for the period of June 16-30, 2010 based on the minutes recorded by Bobbi Devine, NAMHSA Recording Secretary.

JUNE 16
--Lindsey Hall (President) let the Board know that, unfortunately, she will be unable to attend NAN 2010. She asked for a volunteer to chair the annual NAMHSA meeting.
--Eleanor Harvey (NAN Co-Chair) proposed holding the Annual NAMHSA Meeting just before the Auction on Thursday, rather than during the show on Wednesday. Discussion followed.
--Eleanor Harvey posted the NAN judge roster by division.
--Eleanor Harvey posted the NAN Entrant Confirmation Packet to the files section for review.

JUNE 17
--Bobbi Devine (Recording Secretary) posted the June 1-15, 2010 minutes report. These were approved after an addition.
--Eleanor Harvey posted the 2010 NAN classlists and invited review and comments. Board members who are NAN 2010 entrants were asked to refrain from commenting on divisions they had entered.

JUNE 18
--Tom Dean (NAN Registrar) finalized the NAN Entrant Confirmation packet.
--Eleanor Harvey asked for approval of the 2010 NAN Classlists via the Parliamentary procedure Unanimous Consent. Approval was granted.

JUNE 21
--Lindsey Hall announced the NAN 2011 Tucson, AZ location to all hobby lists.

JUNE 22
--Silke Brockmoeller (incoming VP) volunteered to chair the 2010 Annual NAMHSA Meeting in Lindsey Hall's absence.

--Danielle Miller (Individual Membership Secretary) posted a proposal for the future handling of NAN related items after each NAN.

JUNE 24
--Marilou Mol (R8 Representative) posted a concern from a NAN entrant regarding the 2010 NAN classlist.

JUNE 26
--Lindsey Hall posted an update regarding the NAN Raffle. Discussion ensued.

JUNE 29
--Carmen Robertson (Treasurer) posted the May 2010 Treasurer's Report:

Total Income: $20227.00
Total Expenses: -$5023.07
Overall Total: $15203.93

Balance in BOA Checking 5/31/10: $65856.04
Balance in Paypal 5/31/10: $116.94
Balance in NAMHSA Accounts 5/31/10: $65972.98

JUNE 30
--Tom Dean requested Board approval to refund $6.00 to a NAN entrant who agreed to judge after her entry had already been submitted.
Approval was granted.
