Final Week of Ordering

1. The drawing will take place at 6pm, Saturday, June 18. Ticket sales will close at 5:30.
2. Do not attempt a mail in an order unless you are more than reasonably certain it will arrive on or before Tuesday, June 14. If you aren't certain, please use the online purchasing system or buy your tickets in person at the show.
3. Online ticket sales will close on Wednesday, June 15 at 6pm Pacific time.

 

FAQ:

I'm not going to NAN this year, can I still purchase raffle tickets?

Yes! You do not need to be present to win. Please use the check-out button and follow the instructions in the shopping cart to purchase your tickets. Online purchasing will close on Wednesday, June 15 at 6pm Pacific time.

If I'm not there and win, how will I get my item?

We have two options for getting raffle items to their winning bidders. First is that the winning bidder will have to pay all shipping/insurance costs for their carrier of choice, to be determined after NAN. The second is that your item will go home with a proxy of your choice, to be named at time of ticket purchase, who will be attending NAN. This person will have to show photo I.D. and sign a receipt before we will hand over the item to them for travel home. If they are unaware of your wishes to have them take the item home, they may decide to decline doing so and you will need to pay for postage. NAMHSA will not be responsible for any damage done to the raffle lot after it leaves our hands, be it via shipping or proxy.

How will tickets get to me? What if I am not in the US?

When you check-out, you will get the option have your tickets shipped to you (for an approximate additional $0.44 for US addresses) or you may designate someone to pick them up for you at NAN. You may also decline to receive your ticket stubs. If you are outside of the US, shipping will be more. Do not include it on the order form, email Teresa Buzzell and let her know you would like them shipped, and she can get you an accurate shipping cost.

I will be at NAN, can I buy tickets there?

Yes, you can purchase tickets at NAN. We will be accepting cash and CC only. They will be available in the showhall, at the raffle tables, during the show. We do have the ability to make change but please ask before giving us large denomination bills.

How does the 6th ticket work?

If you purchase 5 tickets, you get one free. This bonus only applies to 5 of the same price tickets. Five $5 tickets earn one free $5 ticket, and five $1 tickets earn one free $1 ticket. Tickets of differing values cannot be combined for the discount. You may mix and match different lot numbers as long as the value of the tickets remain the same. For example, choose all six tickets as Lot A, or a total of 6 from Lots A, B, C, D, E and F as long as they are all the same value. Simply choose your free tickets in the designated "Free ticket(s)" boxes on the order form. When Teresa receives your order she will verify that you have received all the free tickets you have earned and contact you if there are any problems.

What are the payment options? Can I pay via PayPal?

Unfortunately, PayPal is not going to be accepted for raffle ticket sales. We will accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover online and in person, checks and money orders via mail and cash in person.

How do I pay via check or money order?

Print the Order Form, which will be updated as we add items, or the main Raffle page, fill out how many tickets you would like and check/money order to: Teresa Buzzell, 10371 Cook Way, #108, Thornton, CO 80229. Mail in orders must be received by June 14. Make all checks/money orders out to NAMHSA - any that are not made out correctly WILL be returned.
