Krustallos is a genuine Breyer model, hand-decorated as a dapple grey on the Spanish Mustang mold #705 and features a snip and a star with mapping. Krustallos was hand-decorated at Breyer Animal Creations, a division of Reeves International, Inc in Wayne, New Jersey. Since Crystal is commonly associated with a 15th anniversary, the model is named after the Greek route word for crystal, krustallos, meaning "clear ice," in honor of the 15th anniversary of NAN.
