ATTENTION ALL NAMHSA MEMBER SHOWHOLDERS and INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP HOLDERS:
It is time once again to elect a new Vice President. This individual will serve for one year and will officially start their term at NAN 2010. As a NAMHSA member showholder and NAMHSA individual member, you have the privilege and responsibility of nominating candidates to run for NAMHSA office.
The nomination DEADLINE is March 1, 2010
VERY IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST ASK YOUR NOMINEE IF SHE/HE IS WILLING TO RUN AND SERVE BEFORE YOU NOMINATE HER/HIM!!
In the past over half of the candidates had no clue they were nominated and declined to run when informed they were nominated. DO NOT send in this form or email your information without first confirming that your nominee is willing and able to run for the position! Make sure that your candidate is aware that the job requires a lot of communicating with the Board, and requires making the time and commitment to QUICKLY respond to Board work and issues. Board members assume ultimate responsibility for running NAMHSA and assuring a quality NAN. Email accessibility is required, as the NAMHSA Board is primarily an email entity. It requires the ability to read and respond to Board emails AT LEAST every other day.
Member showholders or individual members CAN nominate themselves.

Voting Ballots for the election will be sent out in mid-April. To send in your nominee(s), you must provide ALL of the information requested below. NAMHSA has to contact each nominee to confirm they want to run, so complete contact information is essential. You can either mail or fax the form below, or email the information.
